Alex Falk is a Sound Therapy Practitioner, Meditation Teacher, and Music Educator. He is dedicated to exploring the intersectionality of Hip-Hop, music, culture, art, and communication as they relate to the healing modalities of sound therapy and meditation.
Currently Alex is a meditation teacher at MNDFL, a sound practitioner for the mass meditation event-the Big Quiet, and a violence and substance abuse prevention counselor and Mindfulness teacher at an inner city public high school. Here he helps underserved youth deal with trauma and addiction through mindfulness and meditation, and creates opportunities for them to find their creative voices through music and arts internships.
